In hour two of Here & Now's September 28th, 2016, full broadcast we hear more about the latest on legal challenges to the Clean Power Plan. President Barack Obama's signature environmental regulation has begun a bitter battle in court this week.

Also, we'll look at a new campaign from Rock the Vote and Frito-Lay meant to encourage young people to hit the polls. Special vending machines on college campuses will ask snackers looking to grab a bag of Doritos whether or not they're registered to vote. If they indicate they haven't registered, the machine will deliver a bag of plain, unappealing chips, sending this message: If you don’t register to vote, you’ve lost your choice.
