Defense Secretary: Fight For Raqqa, Syria Is Next

The offensive to retake Mosul from ISIS isn't over yet, but the next target is already in sight. The U.S. Defense Secretary Ash Carter says an offensive to oust ISIS from Raqqa in Syria will follow the fight for the Iraqi city.
