What A Merger Between Disney And 21st Century Fox Could Look Like

According to reports, Disney has recently been in talks with 21st Century Fox to buy large portions of the company. Though nothing is confirmed yet, a deal between Disney and Fox could be one defense mechanism for legacy companies competing against upstarts like Netflix and Amazon.
