Nashville Will Phase Out Some Short-Term Rentals In Residential Neighborhoods

Nashville's Metro Council voted overwhelmingly this week to approve new regulations that would phase out short-term rentals in residential neighborhoods that are not owner occupied. This regulation targets rental services like Airbnb and HomeAway.
