In hour two of Here & Now's March 13, 2018 full broadcast, we look at the day's top headlines, including the end of Rex Tillerson's tenure as secretary of state and the three package explosions in two weeks in Austin, Texas, that have left two dead. Also, on Monday, we told you about a young man who walked into a Chicago hospital in January with a bullet wound from Syria. Now, we speak with the Chicago Tribune reporters who first heard about Caleb Stevens on a police scanner about how they were able to corroborate his story. And, the health care company Cigna announced that it's acquiring St. Louis County-based Express Scripts last week, which means that the Express Scripts corporate headquarters may be the latest to leave St. Louis. We hear more about what this means for the city. You can read and hear more at hereandnow.org, follow us on Twitter and join the conversation on Facebook and Tumblr.

This program aired on March 13, 2018.
