Spain has welcomed 630 migrants who were picked up off the coast of Libya last week. The migrants arrived in Valencia, Spain, in three vessels, including the rescue ship Aquarius. We speak with one reporter who was on board Aquarius. Also, political strategists Karine Jean-Pierre and John Brabender assess the election-year politics of the Trump administration's practice of separating children from undocumented immigrant parents arrested on the Mexico border. And, on this week's Here & Now DJ Session, Jeremy Hobson speaks with KCRW DJ Raul Campos, who brings his latest favorites, including songs from artists Gorillaz, Bob Moses and Buddy. That and more, in hour two of Here & Now's June 20, 2018 full broadcast. You can read and hear more at hereandnow.org, follow us on Twitter and join the conversation on Facebook and Tumblr.

This program aired on June 20, 2018.
