Cindy Rodriguez is WBUR's senior manager of people planning and operations.

A graduate of Cornell University's Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy, Cindy has worked in human resources spanning various industries focusing on dismantling barriers to access and success within policy, procedures and systems.

Outside of WBUR, Cindy enjoys jet-setting with her fiancé, long walks with their two pups and visiting her family in Colorado. While new to the Boston area, she is a member of several professional organizations and looks forward to serving local civic- and community-based organizations.
