As product manager, J. Kyle provides technical management for WBUR's editorial products, where he focuses on driving user engagement and audience growth.

Before joining Boston's NPR news station, he oversaw development projects and coordinated software engineering sprints for content distribution and messaging platforms at Chicago Public Media.

An audio engineer at heart, he spent seven years in live broadcast operations before transitioning to product design as a fellow with Northwestern University's Knight Lab. He is a member of the WMUA Amherst Public Radio Society.
