Before joining WBUR as systems administrator in June of 2023, Ryan was the Lead IT Technician and Junior Systems Admin for Hudson School District, where he provided effective technical support, managed and maintained the network, worked with staff on integrating new technology, and led projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Ryan served his formative years within the IT field as an IT Operation Specialist for the cooperate offices of Market Basket before his placement as an IT Technical Analyst for Comcast. During this time, he fine-tuned his skills in maintaining daily operational systems, provided comprehensive troubleshooting support, mentored teams on IT support, techniques, and customer relations, as well as ensuring smooth transitions between software installations, device synchronization, and overall workplace functionality.
