An $85 billion AT&T deal for Time Warner is in the works. On Saturday, the two companies announced the largest media merger since AOL and Time Warner in 2001. The companies say the deal makes strategic sense, but it’s raising scrutiny among some politicians and regulators, who say that A&T’s acquisition of Time Warner - with its CNN, HBO and more - brings up antitrust issues.
