After Northern Pass Fumble, Mass. Turns Its Gaze To Maine For Clean Energy

The Baker administration is now looking to Maine as a corridor to bring clean energy to Massachusetts, after a New Hampshire commission denied a permit to Massachusetts' first choice, the Northern Pass.
The Maine project, New England Clean Energy Connect, would cost significantly less than the Northern Pass at $950 million, but is also missing permits.
