It was another slow commute into the city Monday morning as the MBTA's red line operated on a reduced level following last week's derailment.

Investigators have yet to determine the cause of the derailment, but ongoing delays and problems on the T have led to much frustration among commuters, T riders, drivers, business leaders and public figures.
