Like to eavesdrop on other people’s dates? Join host Zakiya Gibbons for a special live taping of the breakout hit podcast “Hang Up,” a reality dating show with no rings attached. Contestants compete for a love connection sight unseen, without the pressure to find The One. But who knows … that could happen too!
If “Love is Blind” and “The Bachelor” had a (queer and chaotic) baby, it’d be “Hang Up.” We match one person, our “Star,” with four “Callers” to speed date on stage and compete for the Star’s affection. But they’re separated by a curtain, so the Star can’t see the Callers. After each round of dates, the Star “hangs up” on a Caller, eliminating them from the show until there’s only one Caller remaining. Will they answer the call to love and make a new connection? Or will they … hang up?
