With 2024 being a pivotal election year, many are concerned about the role misinformation will play in determining people's voting choices and the eventual outcome.

One of the greatest concerns for newsrooms and other organizations is how to correct misinformation or counter it. However, the ways that seem most obvious to deal with the issue are not necessarily the most effective.

This segment aired on May 15, 2024.
