WATCH LIVE: Biden delivers the 2023 State of the Union

President Biden gave a full-throated defense of his record during Tuesday night's State of the Union address, touting bipartisan bills to bring inflation under control and a multi-billion dollar plan to repair and expand infrastructure across the country. Biden also pressed Congress to work with him on a number of issues in the coming year, including protecting abortion rights, raising the debt limit and a number of consumer protection issues.
