At 19 weeks pregnant, Allie Phillips, 28, received news her unborn daughter, Miley Rose, was not compatible with life. Due to the abortion ban in Tennessee, Phillips had to seek a life-saving abortion out of state. Now she's running for a seat in Tennessee's House District 75. (NPR)
