The ruler of the United Arab Emirates issued a decree ending a decades-long boycott of Israel. On Monday, Israeli airline, El Al will make its first official flight to the UAE. Among its passenger is President Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, who will help work out details of a recent deal between the two countries. (AP)
